Mission Statement

If you’ve been reading my blog posts, you may quite likely have come to the conclusion that none of this corporate law seems fair or even justifiable.  That’s where this website comes in!  Its purpose is to spread awareness about corporate structure by providing people with information about the way corporate law works in the United States, the consequences of this current legal system, and ways we can improve it for the better.  It also provides an open forum for discussion on these topics.  If all of America understood what corporations are doing, society would be shouting for change.  The globe is in bad shape.  Corporations are gaining more and more power with the increasing move towards deregulation.  Let’s start the journey to a better world by educating ourselves about the structure of corporate law.  In order to fix it, we first need to fully understand what is wrong.  View my posts and pages to learn more about corporate law in the U.S.  Check out the links under “Blogroll” for other websites devoted to awareness about corporate law and movements for corporate reform.
